Cross Country Skiing - New York State
The cross-country skiing enthusiast has all options to choose from. Here you may choose from the finally groomed trails with rentals available at the Arctic Circle Ski Center, bring your own gear and ski the yurt loop free, opt for the trail pass to the connecting trails of the Arctic Circle Ski Center, or inquiry about the many backcountry skiing locations in the area.
The X-C trails have been groomed right to each of your accommodations, ski right from the huts, treehouse or the cabin. At the Arctic Circle Ski Center you will find many different skiing trails from beginner to advanced. The trails also accommodate ski skating.
The trails range from easy to difficult in level, and are broken down for your individual comfort level.

Cross Country Skiing Package
Cross country skiing -- where the snow is deep, white, and fluffy all winter long. Choose from miles of groomed trails or attempt one of the remote backcountry NYS ski trails. Ski the wilderness and enjoy a mix of hardwoods and the majestic Southern Adirondack Pines. Consider joining us for a few days of fabulous skiing in the Southern Adirondacks.
